With spring in the air and the province opening up, everyone is breathing a sigh of relief.

Happily, March marks the end to winter. We “spring forward” on March 13th. Leprechaun fans frolic on March 17th. And Spring Break unfolds from March 11th to 20th. What’s not to love?
Historically, March is the start of the spring season for real estate sales. If you are in the market to buy or sell, you’re in luck! Our team includes 7 knowledgeable (and friendly) sales and marketing agents. Our top-notch team has more than 100 years of combined experience representing clients in buying and selling real estate in Kitchener-Waterloo and area.

So, if you’re looking for the green, green grass of home, contact us today to set up a tour of suitable properties.
Ready to sell? Call us to set up a free market evaluation to assess your home’s value.
Check out the video below for current info about the Kitchener-Waterloo real estate market - brought to you by our very own Bob Hooton with the February 2022 Stats Report from the Kitchener-Waterloo Association of Realtors (KWAR).
In closing, we’d like to share an Irish blessing: “May you always have work for your hands to do. May your pockets hold always a coin or two. May the sun shine bright on your windowpane. May the rainbow be certain to follow each rain.”
Let’s work together to make this your lucky year,

In the Spirit of St. Paddy's Day check out these "green" cleaning recipes!

Mix them in spray dispenser bottles.

Fridge Cleaner
1 cup hot water
1/2-cup white vinegar
1/2-tsp dish soap
20 drops lemon essential oil
Shake well. Glove up, spritz, and wipe down your fridge.

Daily Shower Spray
1/2-cup water
1 cup white vinegar
20 drops of tea tree essential oil
Spritz on your tub and tiles and wipe. The tea tree oil prevents mold and mildew. It's a strong concoction so hold your breath while you spritz and wipe.

Counter Cleaner
2 cups water
1-tsp dish soap
20 drops of your favourite essential oils
Spritz, wipe, and relax.

Green Beer
Ingredients:
  • 16 ounces lager beer
  • 3 - 6 drops green food colouring
Directions:
In a chilled pint-size glass, pour the lager,
add the food colouring and mix. Cheers! Slàinte! (pronounced "slawn-cha").
