Syd Saunders with the Saunders Tremblay realty team really knocked the sale out my rental unit out of the park. After deciding to sell the place on a Monday, I needed to get the place painted quickly to hit the market. He recommended a painter that did a fantastic job, in a very timely manner. The house was listed the following Monday and sold the Monday after that for $221,000 OVER asking price. I would absolutely recommend their services to anyone. He responded very quickly with any questions I had, and had some great recommendations to maximize the sale price of the unit. Marie Roy-MacDonald helped us purchase a condominium in Spring 2022. We were so impressed with her commitment, kindness, and professionalism from day one. We were coming from out of town, and she worked tirelessly to arrange multiple viewings in one day. She cheerfully answered endless questions from us and helped us figure out what was important to us in a unit, so we could be as efficient as possible with our viewings. Her knowledge of the market helped us understand what was realistic to expect when viewing or considering bids on individual units. When it came time to put in our offer, she was instrumental in helping us determine a bid that provided us with a great price but would still be acceptable to the seller. In the end, we beat out another bidder and still ended up with a great price on an excellent unit. Even after the purchase was completed, she continued to make herself available when we had questions about closing procedures and expectations. The Saunders Trembley team was remarkable from beginning to end in the sale of our home and the purchase of our new home. The first and foremost quality is that they treat you with respect, provide open and honest feedback and there is no pressure. After a hectic 3 months of buying then selling a house, the dust has settled and I find myself with the time to thank someone I have called brother for the last 25 years. Mike Saunders. My girlfriend had a private buyer for her house and if I may say a highly unmotivated realtor who wasn’t helping. The buyer wanted us to find a place ASAP as he was anxious and rightfully so. We have bought and sold quite a few home over the years and finally found THE best realtor ever. When we said to Aga we needed to sell quick, she said it would if we followed her suggestions (which we did to a T) we would have no problems. First off Aga did a thorough walk through and pointed out items to fix, replace, move or add, we did every single item on the list. Aga then suggested a sell price, we agreed. Aga suggested a decorator come through to provide suggestions and provided a list of thing to add and remove, we did every single item on the list as well. She also suggested her photographer come to take some dramatic picture, again we agreed and he took fantastic photos and did an awesome online slide show. Aga then did another thorough walk through to check all items previously revised and suggested that weekend for an Open House then did the listing, we agreed. Aga then suggested we hold off on opening any offers till the following Monday after the open house, we agreed even though one followed the next day. We had offers before the open house then more during so the Monday after was a nail bitter but she walked us threw it and guided us along. We ended up selling for far more then asking without any conditions! From first visit to moving day was three weeks, can anyone say AWESOME agent! Aga was knowledgeable and always available to answer all of our questions. She accommodated our schedules which was often difficult at time. She sold our house quickly for over asking price and found us a home that was just what we wanted. We have recommended Aga to friends. We would work with Aga again in the future.
